Working Principle of Screw Press Dewatering Machine

The working process of Huatao screw press dewatering machine is divided into two highly efficient stages:

First compression stage: Materials enter the screw shaft and move forward. As the internal space gradually decreases, materials are strongly compressed, and most moisture is separated out through the screen.

Second deep dewatering stage: When materials reach the discharge port, the pneumatic pressure tray provides reverse resistance, making materials form compact clumps and achieve secondary deep dehydration.
