Working principle of HUATAO’s Internal Scraping Self-cleaning Filter Machine:

Our filter can be set with three method to start the filter’s drain work,they are TIME, PRESSURE DIFFERENCE, MANUAL;

1.Time: when filter working time reaches the set point, the control system share an signal. The reduce motor start to work and drive the scraper to remove the particles on the cartridge internal surface.When cleaning time reaches the set point,the drain valve opens and impurity will out,

2.Pressure difference cleaning:When pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet reaches the set point, the reduce motor starts to work. The reduce motor drives the scraper to move and remove impurities on the cartridge internal surface. When the cleaning time reaches the set point, reduce motor stops working.

3. Manual cleaning: The reduce motor drives the scraper to move and remove the particles on the cartridge internal surface continuously. When the time reaches the set point, the worker need to open the drain valve and then impurity will out.
