The Sloped Screen Separators also called Inclined Screen Solid-Liquid Separator. Sloped Screen Separators is a continuous solid-liquid separator using screw extrusion. It is suitable for separating materials with a high solid content (0.3mm) from liquid materials, requiring a low water content after separation. It is particularly suitable for processing livestock manure, pig manure, chicken manure, and other poultry and livestock straw from farms, as well as for treating coarse-fiber organic waste such as artificial board waste, dewatering and separating it into liquid and solid organic fertilizers. This solid-liquid separator divides the solid-liquid separation cylinder into a centrifugal separation section and an extrusion separation section, using both centrifugal and extrusion separation techniques to perform solid-liquid separation on biogas residue. The solid-liquid separation is thorough, greatly reducing the water content of the biogas residue, decreasing the drying time and costs, and saving time and costs for biogas fertilizer production.

1. Compact design, small footprint, flexible and convenient installation; can be used individually or in parallel with multiple units for independent operation, saving construction resources; low power load, high separation efficiency, single-unit processing capacity up to 50 m³/h;

2. Wide application range: screen hole diameter of 0.25-1 mm; different livestock farms, such as pig farms and pig farms, can select solid-liquid separators with appropriate screen hole sizes based on the composition of the manure;
