New Generation Manure Separator Introduction
The new generation of Manure Separator Machine is a two-in-one machine.It combines the functions of a traditional cow dung solid-liquid separator and secondary cow dung pressing and dewatering machine, replacing the two-step process of traditional methods with a single machine.
The new generation manure separator machine utilizes physical compression to dewater cow dung. It consists of a drive system, feed box, auger, screen, back pressure blocking device, water collection tank, and frame. Cow dung is pumped into the machine and subjected to progressively increasing pressure under the conveying of the auger. Excess water is discharged through the screen and the dehydrated material is discharged through the outlet under the continued conveying of the auger, pushing aside the blocking device.
First Stage
After the liquid cow dung is pumped into the equipment, the spiral auger first filters out most of the water, concentrating the cow dung into a solid state, preparing it for the second stage of pressing.
Second Stage
The solid cow manure, after being pressed and dehydrated, enters the second stage of pressing. Under the pressure of a high-pressure spiral auger, the moisture content of the cow manure is reduced to about 60%.

It can continuously feed materials, with a processing capacity of up to 30 m²/h. The spiral and screen are specially manufactured to prevent clogging, increasing wastewater flow and improving overall machine efficiency.
4) Low Moisture Content in the Slag
After processing, the cow manure has a moisture content of approximately 60%, allowing for direct fermentation to produce organic fertilizer or saving on drying costs for cow bedding.
5) Wear and Corrosion Resistance
Cow manure contains silt and sand, which causes wear and tear on the equipment. Our new generation manure separator machine has special parts encased in alloy steel, allowing for 24-hour continuous operation.
6) High degree of automation
It can achieve unattended operation, continuous operation, overload protection, automatic alarm and other functions.
