**Restructuring Brewery Economics Through Effective Spent Grain Moisture Management**  

Brewer’s spent grain is more than a residual output of the mashing process; it constitutes a quantifiable factor influencing transportation budgets, disposal charges and potential secondary income. The critical variable that determines whether the stream remains a pure expense or becomes a managed resource is its residual water content.
